Overview
By ordering from us, you agree to these terms, which follow Swedish laws, including Konsumentköplagen and Distansavtalslagen.
Products
We offer:
- Hand-selected clothing
- Handmade pottery
- Second-hand clothing and accessories
- (Future) Our own clothing designs
For second-hand items, any quirks or imperfections will be clearly shown in photos and descriptions — they’re part of the story and charm of the piece.

We accept:
- Stripe (card payments)
- Klarna
- Swish
- Apple Pay
Prices are in SEK and include VAT where required.
Shipping
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Sweden only.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer a few options to get your order:
- Standard Shipping: A flat-rate fee of 79 SEK for all orders, sent via PostNord.
- Free Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of 1000 SEK or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- Local Pickup in Malmö: We offer a personal, free pickup service in Malmö. Please read the following conditions carefully:
- Arranging Pickup: After your purchase, we will email you to arrange a specific time and location for the handover.
- Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your pickup time once, provided you give us at least 2 hours' notice before the originally agreed-upon time.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you do not arrive at the confirmed time without giving the required notice, it will be considered a "missed pickup".
- After one missed pickup, we will contact you to arrange a final attempt.
- If this second agreed-upon pickup is also missed, we will immediately cancel the order.
- Administrative Fee: In the event of a cancelled order due to a final missed pickup, we will issue a full refund minus a 100 SEK administrative fee to cover our time and costs.
We can also offer free delivery to certain locations in Malmö. If you are interested in this option, please Contact us before placing your order.
Processing Time
We are a small team, and we pack every order with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order before it is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, you can typically expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a notification when your order has been sent. Please make sure your shipping details are correct to avoid delays.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from the postal agent and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 150 SEK to cover our administrative, shipping, and return handling costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Refunds
In line with Swedish law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it, unless it’s:
- A custom-made item.
- An unsealed item that can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
- As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 14 days. We’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Limitation of Liability
We’re not responsible for delays or events beyond our control, such as postal strikes or unexpected disruptions.

We may update these terms as our shop grows — changes will be posted here.
